Cost

$485 per adult; Child (4– 12 years) $200, Child (0-3years) $125.

Pay a $150 deposit NOW or before 20th March 2027. Pay the balance of $300 by the 5th March 2027. If it is easy for your budget, consider paying $50 per month over 10 months commencing 20th July 2026, and finishing on 20th April 2027 (No need to pay the $150 deposit if you select this option).

NOTE: There is no intention of the organisers for part-time attendance. There are no reduced fees. If you register to come, you will need to budget the complete fees.

On Friday 4th June 2027, there will be a shuttle service from the Auckland Airport domestic pick-up area leaving at 11 am, 9:30 am and 2:30pm to the Motu Moana Scout Camp, Blockhouse Bay, Auckland 0600. The capacity of the shuttle is 8 persons per trip and each trip takes 45 minutes to get to Blockhouse Bay. Make sure you book well in advance to ensure a seat on the shuttle. BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS SOON OR BY THE 28th of April 2027 and advise the registrar.

No shuttle service will be available for people who register their travel arrangements after the 28th of April 2027, or if your flight arrival time is after2pm on Friday, the 4th June 2027.

Friday afternoons are congested traffic times when vehicles reach 20km per hour on the motorway. There are no fast/quick alternative routes from the Airport to Blockhouse Bay, Auckland.

Daily Schedule

Each day will start will prayer at 7 am. Breakfast at 8 am. Worship at 9 am and morning sessions from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm. Afternoon tea at 3:15 pm. Dinner at 5:30 pm. Evening sessions start with worship at 6:30 pm, followed by 2 sessions between 7:00 pm to 9 pm. Supper at 9:15 pm and lights out at 10 pm.

Overseas delegates

We are challenged to be great hosts for our overseas visitors wanting to meet the ‘Our Neighbour’ Movement in Aotearoa. We can’t host them if you don’t come. We need our NZ delegates to enrol early so we will know that we can host them well and demonstrate excellent Indigenous hospitality.
